Yoga, the process of connecting one's body, mind, and soul with the universe. It is the purest bond between the soul and the universe. It connects you with the energy and the flow of the divine. It leads you to the path of salvation. The spiritual and intellectual process of understanding oneself.


Specifically, yoga was originated from northern India. It was an act performed by Rishis and Saints to find their inner self and reach the destiny of life. It was said that yoga is the only path to reach the Divine. It is the only path to reach "God". It essentially came to its origin to bring the awareness of the importance of spirituality and morality.


During the course of this modern world and modern lifestyle that only consist of stress, anxiety, depression, obesity, sickness and the bodies full of disorders. We must include "yog" into our must does.

Rishikesh which is the most famous spiritual place and it's even the beginning of Char Dham Yatra is said to be the "yoga capital of the world" as there are numbers of ashrams to practice yoga . Even the government took initiative to increase the awareness of yoga among the people and now it's commonly known by every citizen.

Yoga was introduced outside the country by the famous legendary personality, Swami Vivekananda he introduced yoga to the western world . He used to believe that yoga means understanding yourself. There are even many legendary personalities who introduced yoga to the other side of the world.
